Kindergarten Heroes filled Sycamore Drive Early Learning Center

Kindergarten Heroes filled Sycamore Drive Early Learning CenterThe sound of almost 300 Kindergarten students chanting, “It’s cool to be kind!” was heartwarming this morning at our visit to Sycamore Drive Early Learning Center in Hazlet, New Jersey.

Each student wore a cape purchased by the school PTO. The school, which is made up of 10 Kindergarten classrooms and several preschool classes, had a Wear The Cape bulletin board prepared for our visit . They sent home our Hero frame as a follow up activity for their students and plan to put the frames around the bulletin board.

Kindergarten Heroes filled Sycamore Drive Early Learning CenterWe were delighted to visit Sycamore Drive students again this year. The students quickly mastered our “STOP AND THINK” Hero Strategy, and often cheered, “Heroes always help!”

Thank you, Kindergarteners, for being BETTER THAN THAT(tm) and for being heroes!
